INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Expectations of who we should be and what our lives and bodies should look like can translate to harmful self-talk. Experiences of trauma can negatively shape our self-perceptions in adaptive, but distressing ways. Sometimes, we just need a space for our thoughts to exist outside our own minds in order to make sense of our experiences.

Our world is built on relationships. Individual therapy can help you explore relationships to and with your own thoughts in ways that support growth and healing in all areas of your life.

We are a collaborative psychotherapy practice focused on helping clients heal from systemic issues impacting LGBTQIA+ experience, negative relationships with their bodies (from an anti-diet culture, trauma-informed lens), questions of identity and spirituality, and complex trauma. We work with client-defined significant relationships and are poly, kink, and alt-sex affirming.
